See… 2 years ago, I made $1,000,000 in a single month and thought I was the biggest boss of all time.
Then, the next month my income dropped to $250,000 and for the rest of the year my profits fluctuated.
When I went to a business broker to possibly sell my company, the offer they gave me was soooooooo low.
I was blown away that a business
that made over $3,000,000 was
worth so little.
I heard stories about businesses that had
sold for hundreds of millions and had barely made any money.
I was super confused on why my offer was so low.
At that very moment,
I realized that 99% of entrepreneurs aren’t actual business owners.
We all had “High Paying, Self Created Jobs!”
See, most entrepreneurs have built businesses around themselves, and if they stopped working, all the money stops coming in.
That’s when I decided to walk away from every venture I was apart of and start working on a true business. One that could pay me even when I wasn’t working and one that I could eventually sell for a generational amount of wealth.
After about two months of research, I discovered that softwares and subscription based businesses had the highest ROI’s and highest exit’s.
I kept seeing software businesses that only had 1,000 - 10,000 customers that were selling for tens of millions.
This seemed too good to be true because as a coach, I have had thousands of businesses buy my training materials over the years, and that I could easily bring hundreds of thousands of customers to almost any tool.
So, I decided to launch my own subscription based business and took all of my years of marketing and business sense and applied it.
I figured out what industries were already making billions and which ones were easy to disrupt.
Through my own experience and research, I noticed that billions were being spent on Marketing and on PR (Public Relations).
With over 30,000,000 businesses in the United States…
I decided to launch my own press release platform. One with affordable options and easy to use tools.
The average press release company cost around $300- $800 and were extremely painful to use.
I decided to make ours $27 a month and have an easy to use Ai writer that could create the press release stories so that the customer could have a press release ready in 12 seconds.
My goal for launch was 500 subscribers in 30 days.
We hit 500 subscribers in 24 hours with no dollars in advertising.
After months of almost zero cancellations and extremely high retention, we started selling licenses to other entrepreneurs.
What this means is that other business owners could get copies of our technology or platform for $50,000- $100,000. Plus we would receive a 20% royalty for every customer they bring in.
Almost overnight, it seemed I had built a $100,000- $500,000 a month passive business.
See, my tool and backend don't require a single hour of my time.
I outsourced all of the work to friends and family.
One person manages the press releases being submitted and the other manages the app and software making sure it doesn’t go down.
So, if we have 5,000 subscribers paying between $27- $297 a month, that means I am collecting 5,000 payments a month and getting 100% of the licenses I sell too.
At the rate we are going, in about 12-18 months, I plan to sell the business for around $40,000,000.
My only wish is that I had discovered all of this sooner…
